Terms & Conditions of Hire

1. All hired items remain the property of LOOSE LINEN

2. During the period the goods are on hire, the hirer shall be solely responsible for the

safe keeping of the hired goods.

3. Shortages and damages to hired goods will be charged at their full replacement value (details of which are available on request) no substitute item will be accepted by LOOSE LINEN. The hirer will be notified of any loss or damage once LOOSE LINEN has checked all of the hired goods

4. LOOSE LINEN shall not be responsible for injury or damage to persons or property howsoever sustained arising from any goods under hire.

5. A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking, all prices are inclusive of VAT

6. Balance of payment is required 1 month prior to the hire date.

7. CANCELATION CHARGES;

  8 months prior to wedding date.......................25% of bill payable

  6 months prior to wedding date.......................50% of bill payable

  3 months and under prior to wedding date....Full amount payable

  THE AMOUNT PAYABLE IS THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE-NOT INCLUDING THE £100

  NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

8. LOOSE LINEN will deliver all items to the venue and set up the venue / room ready for the wedding.

 

9. The Linen will be removed immediately after the reception meal prior to the evening reception unless otherwise agreed.

10. Please note that Specific Organza Sash colours not in stock requires a 6-8 week lead time to order.
